This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 is amended as follows: (1) in section A (‘List of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies referred to in Article 2’), the entries for the following persons are deleted: 1. Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych; 3. Viktor Pavlovych Pshonka; 7. Oleksandr Viktorovych Yanukovych; 9. Artem Viktorovych Pshonka; (2) in section B (‘Rights of defence and the right to effective judicial protection’), the information in relation to the following persons is deleted: 1. Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych; 3. Viktor Pavlovych Pshonka; 7. Oleksandr Viktorovych Yanukovych; 9. Artem Viktorovych Pshonka.
