Article 1
The title of Regulation (EU) No 1284/2009 is replaced by the following:
‘Council Regulation (EU) No 1284/2009 of 22 December 2009 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Guinea’.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
