This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 (List of natural and legal persons, entities or bodies referred to in Article 6(2)), Part B (Entities), the following entry is deleted: ‘1. Libyan Arab African Investment Company – LAAICO (a.k.a. LAICO)’.
