Article 1

Decision 2012/C 353/02 is amended as follows:

In Article 4, paragraph 1, the following point (e) is added:

‘(e)

the European entity for distribution system operators (‘EU DSO entity’) established by Regulation (EU) 2019/943;’

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
