Open ↗ANNEX The following entry is added to the list set out in Section A (‘Persons’) of Annex I to Decision 2013/255/CFSP: Name Identifying information Reasons Date of listing ‘352 Fereydoun Mohammadi SAGHAEI فریدون محمدی سقایی Date of birth: 1964; Nationality: Iranian; Gender: male Fereydoun Mohammadi Saghaei is Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force. He is in charge of the IRGC’s air defence project in Syria. That project takes place within the context of Iran supporting the Syrian regime by sending military equipment and personnel to Syria. Therefore, Fereydoun Mohammadi Saghaei is supporting the Syrian regime. 20.7.2023’.
