Article 1

The reference CO 2 emissions for vehicle groups not covered by Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, as defined in Article 2(1), point (38)(b), of Directive 1999/62/EC, are set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
