Article 1
The Agreement between the European Union and Montenegro on operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Montenegro (‘the Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union. ( 5 )

Decision
Council Decision (EU) 2023/2760 of 4 December 2023 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and Montenegro on operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Montenegro
Article 2
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 22(1) of the Agreement. ( 6 )
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
