This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Furthermore, he is the assistant to the Russian senator for the Kursk region, Alexander Bryksin.
He is therefore responsible for supporting actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Grigore Caramalac is also associated with Alexander Bryksin.
