Attapulgite is a feed additive within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1699 of 6 September 2023 on the status of attapulgite as a feed additive within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance)
Article 2
The substance referred to in Article 1 may continue to be placed on the market and used in accordance with the rules applicable to feed materials until 27 September 2030.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
