1. Ms Edyta Barbara DEMBY-SIWEK is hereby appointed Deputy Executive Director of the EUIPO for a term of 5 years.
2. The date on which the five-year term referred to in paragraph 1 commences shall be set by the Management Board of the EUIPO.
1. Mr Sven STÜRMANN is hereby appointed President of the Boards of Appeal of the EUIPO for a term of 5 years.
2. The date on which the five-year term referred to in paragraph 1 commences shall be set by the Management Board of the EUIPO.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
