The expiry date of the approval of aluminium phosphide for use in biocidal products of product-types 14 and 18 set out in Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1284 is postponed to 31 January 2026.

Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
