Article 1

The measures taken by the deposit guarantee scheme of Italy, Fondo interbancario di tutela dei depositi , for the benefit of Tercas in 2014 do not constitute aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) TFEU.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Italy.
