Article 1 Production rights

The production rights for hydrofluorocarbons allocated to each producer for the periods 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028, 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2033, 1 January 2034 to 31 December 2035 and 1 January 2036 and thereafter are set out in the Annex.
