Article 1

The renewal of the authorisation of Fumokomp (SF-009) as a smoke flavouring primary product is refused.

Article 2

Fumokomp (SF-009) may continue to be placed on the market until 1 July 2029.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to Kompozíció Kft, 2053 Herceghalom, Hungary.
