The Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1550 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Points 1 and 3 of the Annex shall apply from 1 January 2025.

ANNEX The Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1550 is amended as follows: (1) in the sixth paragraph, the second sentence is replaced by the following: ‘Chapter 11 sets out the programme of controls for 2025.’; (2) in Chapter 7, ‘Food quality’, in the table, the second row, corresponding to the entry for ‘Geographical indications’, is deleted; (3) Chapter 11 is replaced by the following: ‘11.
