Article 1

The Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1550 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Points 1 and 3 of the Annex shall apply from 1 January 2025.

in the sixth paragraph, the second sentence is replaced by the following:

‘Chapter 11 sets out the programme of controls for 2025.’;

(2)

in Chapter 7, ‘Food quality’, in the table, the second row, corresponding to the entry for ‘Geographical indications’, is deleted;

(3)
