Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2386 of 6 September 2024 granting derogations to certain Member States regarding the transmission of statistics relating to agricultural input and output pursuant to Implementing Regulations (EU) 2023/1538 and (EU) 2023/1579 (notified under document C(2024) 6243) (Only the German, Greek and Slovenian texts are authentic)

Article 1

The derogations from Implementing Regulations (EU) 2023/1538 and (EU) 2023/1579 set out in the Annex to this Decision shall be granted to the Member States listed therein for the respective reference periods listed therein.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hellenic Republic, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Slovenia.
