Article 1

Decision (CFSP) 2016/610 is amended as follows: (1) In Article 10, the following paragraph is added: ‘7. The financial reference amount for the common costs of EUTM RCA for the period from 20 September 2024 until 19 September 2025 shall be EUR 5,84 million. The percentage of the reference amount referred to in Article 51(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2021/509 shall be 30 % in commitments and 0 % for payments.’ (2) In Article 13, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Without prejudice to a strategic assessment to be conducted by PSC in due course, the mandate of EUTM RCA shall end on 19 September 2025.’

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
