Article 1

Annex II to Decision 2009/908/EU is amended as follows:

(1)

in the first paragraph, point 3, the following indent is added:

in the table, point 3, the following row is added:

‘Working Party on Defence Industry (DIWP)’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
