Article 1

Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/941 is amended as follows: (1) Annex I is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Decision; (2) Annex II is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, point 1 of Annex I to this Decision shall apply from 8 April 2026 and point 2 of Annex I to this Decision shall apply from 8 October 2026.

ANNEX I Annex I to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/941 is amended as follows: (1) rows 35, 54, 108, 139, 182, 183 and 184 are deleted; (2) rows 109 and 110 are deleted; (3) the following rows are inserted in sequential order: ‘35a.
