The Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America setting forth security procedures for the launch of Galileo satellites from United States’ territory (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union ( 6 ) .
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 12(1) of the Agreement ( 7 ) .
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
