Article 1
In Article 1a(11), first subparagraph, of Decision 2014/512/CFSP, points (a) and (b) are replaced by the following: ‘(a) European Peace Facility: 5 %; (b) Union programmes financed from the Union budget: 95 %.’.

Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply to the second biannual payment of the financial contribution made in the year 2025 and to all payments thereafter.
