Open ↗This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2025.

Open ↗ANNEX The table in Annex I to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2895 is amended as follows: (1) in the section concerning Denmark, in the second and third columns, the following row is added: NAME OF ISLAND NAME OF PORT ‘SAMSØ SALVIG’. (2) the section concerning Greece is amended as follows: (a) the row concerning the island Angistri is replaced by the following rows: NAME OF ISLAND NAME OF PORT ‘AGISTRI SKALA AGISTRI MEGALOCHORI AGISTRI’. (b) in the third column, concerning the island Ithaki, the following row is inserted after the port Frikes: NAME OF PORT ‘ITHAKI (VATHY)’. (c) in the third column, concerning the island Karpathos, the following row is inserted before the port Karpathos: NAME OF PORT ‘DIAFANI’.
