Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/110 is amended as follows:

1.

Article 3 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 3

This Decision shall apply until 31 December 2026.’

the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic and the Italian Republic.
