Article 1

Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 September 2025. However, suppliers may already before that date classify, label and package substances and mixtures in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation.
