Article 1

Annex II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/265 is amended as follows: ‘Türkiye NG Kütahya Seramik Porselen Turizm A.Ş. C912’ is replaced by: ‘Türkiye NG Kütahya Seramik Porselen Turizm A.Ş. Güral Porselen Turizm ve Vitrifiye Sanayi Anonim Şirketi C912’

Article 2

TARIC additional code C912, previously attributed to NG Kütahya Seramik Porselen Turizm A.Ş., shall apply to NG Kütahya Seramik Porselen Turizm A.Ş. and Güral Porselen Turizm ve Vitrifiye Sanayi Anonim Şirketi as of 27 November 2023.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
