Correction to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1173

Article 1

In Part 1 of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1173, the entry for the additives “ Helianthus annuus L.: Sunflower absolute/Sunflower oil/Sunflower tincture” is deleted.

Entry into force

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
