Annex I to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2584 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Points (1), (4), (6), (8), (10), (13), (15) and (17) of the Annex shall apply from 6 September 2026.

ANNEX Annex I to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2584 is amended as follows: (1) row 29 is deleted; (2) the following row 29a is inserted: ‘29a. EN 14587-2:2024 Railway applications – Infrastructure – Flash butt welding of new rails – Part 2: R200, R220, R260, R260Mn, R320Cr, R350HT, R350LHT, R370CrHT and R400HT grade rails by mobile welding machines at sites other than a fixed plant’; (3) the following rows 34a and 34b are inserted: ‘34a. EN 15085-4:2023 Railway applications – Welding of railway vehicles and components – Part 4: Production requirements 34b. EN 15085-5:2023 Railway applications – Welding of railway vehicles and components – Part 5: Inspection, testing and documentation’; (4) row 39 is deleted; (5) the following row 39a is inserted: ‘39a. EN 16207:2024 Railway applications – Braking – Functional and performance criteria of magnetic track brake systems for use in railway rolling stock Restriction: Regarding Commission Regulation (EU) No 1302/2014 of 18 November 2014 concerning a technical specification for interoperability relating to the ‘rolling stock – locomotives and passenger rolling stock’ subsystem of the rail system in the European Union, the standard gives presumption of conformity for the clauses 4.2.4.8.2 (2) and (4) of the Annex to that Regulation per Annex ZA of the standard and to clause 4.2.4.8.2 (1) of the Annex by applying the clause 8.1 of the standard’; (13) row 64 is deleted; (14) the following row 64a is inserted: ‘64a.
