The watch list of substances for Union-wide monitoring referred to in Article 8b of Directive 2008/105/EC is set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/1307 is repealed.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
