Council Decision (EU) 2025/463 of 5 March 2025 on the renewal of the Agreement on cooperation in science and technology between the European Community and Ukraine

Article 1

The renewal of the Agreement on cooperation in science and technology between the European Community and Ukraine for an additional period of five years is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

The renewal of the Agreement shall have retroactive effect as of 8 November 2024.

Article 2

The Commission shall proceed, on behalf of the Union, to notify Ukraine that the Union has completed its internal procedures necessary to express the consent of the Union to renew the Agreement.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
