Article 1
The Agreement between the European Union and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on certain aspects of air services (the ‘Agreement’) ( 3 ) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

Council Decision (EU) 2025/633 of 24 March 2025 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on certain aspects of air services
Article 2
The Commission shall proceed, on behalf of the Union, to make the notification provided for in Article 8(1) of the Agreement, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound by the Agreement.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption ( 4 ) .
