Amendments to Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238

Article 1

Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238 is amended as follows: 1. in Article 2, the following point (d) is added: ‘(d) movements of sheep and goats from the entire territory of Bulgaria to a destination located in another Member State are prohibited until 30 September 2025.’; 2. in Article 4, the date ‘31 July 2025’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2025’; 3. the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
