Article 1
The Agreement between Canada and the European Union on the transfer and processing of Passenger Name Record data is hereby approved on behalf of the UnionΒ ( 3 ) .

Article 2
The Commission shall proceed, on behalf of the Union, to make the notification provided for in ArticleΒ 31 of the Agreement, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound by the AgreementΒ ( 4 ) .
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
