Article 1
The Agreement between Canada and the European Union on the transfer and processing of Passenger Name Record data is hereby approved on behalf of the Union ( 3 ) .

Council Decision (EU) 2025/851 of 14 April 2025 on the conclusion, on behalf of the Union, of the Agreement between Canada and the European Union on the transfer and processing of Passenger Name Record data
Article 2
The Commission shall proceed, on behalf of the Union, to make the notification provided for in Article 31 of the Agreement, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound by the Agreement ( 4 ) .
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
