Article 1

The derogations from Regulation (EU) No 691/2011, as set out in the Annex of this Decision, are granted to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus and Romania for the respective reference periods listed therein.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus and Romania.
