Article 1

The signing, on behalf of the Union, of the Protocol on the implementation of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire and the European Community (2025-2029) is hereby authorised, subject to the conclusion of the said Protocol.

Article 2

The Protocol shall be applied provisionally, in accordance with Article 20 thereof, from the day of its signing, pending its entry into force.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
