Article 1

Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/638 is amended as follows:

In Article 1, point (c) is replaced by the text below:

‘(c)

movements of caprine and ovine animals from the entire territory of Romania to a destination located in or passing through another Member State are prohibited until 30 September 2025.’

This Decision is addressed to Romania.
