Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Point (1) of the Annex shall apply from 23 January 2027.

ANNEX Annex I to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2723 is amended as follows: (1) rows 31 and 107 are deleted; (2) the following rows are inserted in sequential order: No Reference of the standard ‘31a. EN 50214:2024 Flat flexible cables’; ‘107a. EN 50620:2017 Electric cables – Charging cables for electric vehicles EN 50620:2017/A1:2019 EN 50620:2017/A2:2024’.
