Article 1

In Article 5(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2023/963, the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘1. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR for the period from 1 June 2023 until 28 February 2025 shall be EUR 1 997 000.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
