Article 1

The Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other part, on the participation of the Swiss Confederation in Union Programmes  ( 2 ) is hereby approved on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community, as regards matters falling under the Euratom Treaty.

Article 2

Following its signature, and subject to reciprocity, the Agreement shall be applied provisionally in accordance with its Article 18.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
