Council Decision (EU) 2025/2484 of 10 July 2023 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union and its Member States, and provisional application of the Protocol amending the Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Kingdom of Morocco, of the other part, to take account of the accession to the European Union of the Republic of Croatia

Article 1

The signing on behalf of the Union and its Member States of the Protocol amending the Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Kingdom of Morocco, of the other part, to take account of the accession to the European Union of the Republic of Croatia  ( 4 ) (the ‘Protocol’) is hereby authorised, subject to the conclusion of the Protocol.

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Protocol on behalf of the Union and its Member States.

Article 3

The Protocol shall be applied on a provisional basis with effect from the date of signature by the parties, in accordance with Article 4(2) thereof.

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
