Decision (EU) 2023/746 is amended as follows:
(1)
in Article 7, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:
‘1. This Decision shall apply until 31 December 2028.’

(2)
the Annex is amended as follows:
(a)
under the title ‘Objectives’, point (4) is replaced by the following:
‘4.
To promote the development and deployment of efficient, performant and interoperable air navigation services, in accordance with Regulations (EC) No 549/2004, (EC) No 550/2004 and (EU) 2024/2803, and taking account of the Global Air Navigation Plan and aviation system block upgrades (ASBUs).’

(b)
under the title ‘Guidelines’, point (2(c)) is replaced by the following:
‘(c)
support the development and implementation of rules, policies and actions in the field of Air Traffic Management and Air Navigation Services (ATM/ANS), in particular in line with Resolutions A42-6, A42-7 and A42-8.’.
