Article 1
In ArticleΒ 7ga(1), fifth subparagraph, of Directive 1999/62/EC, the date β31Β December 2025β is replaced by β30Β June 2031β, and the date β1Β January 2026β is replaced by β1Β July 2031β.

Article 2
Member States shall immediately inform the Commission of measures taken pursuant to this Directive.
Article 3
This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
Article 4
This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
