Council Regulation (EU) 2025/205 of 30 January 2025 amending Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism

Article 1

Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 is amended as follows:

(1)

in paragraph (7), the words ‘12 months’ are replaced by the words ‘24 months’;

(2)

in paragraph (8), the date ‘22 February 2025’ is replaced by that of ‘22 February 2027’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
