Article 1

Annex VI to Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2025.

Annex VI to Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 is amended as follows:

(1)

Point 1.6 of Part B is replaced by the following:

‘1.6.

Measures in points 1.3 to 1.5 shall apply until 31 December 2025.’;

(2)

Point 10.2 of Part C is replaced by the following:

‘10.2.

Measures in point 10.1 shall apply until 31 December 2025.’
