This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2019, in the table of point 1, in the second column ‘Description’, the entry Betula L. is replaced by the following: ‘ Betula L., other than plants for planting of Betula pendula and Betula pubescens , originating in the United Kingdom’.
