Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 is amended as follows: (1) in Part A, point 6.2.1, the entry TM 0 is replaced by the following: ‘TM 0 is 1 650,15 kg in 2025 and 2026 and the value in kilograms (kg) determined in accordance with Article 14(1), point (d), in the other calendar years.’; (2) in Part B, point 6.2.1, the entry TM 0 is replaced by the following: ‘TM 0 is 2 161,13 kg in 2025 and 2026 and the value in kilograms (kg) determined in accordance with Article 14(1), point (d), in the other calendar years.’.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2025.
