Article 1 Amendments to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/273

Annex VII to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/273 is amended as follows:

(1)

in Part III, Section C. Content, in Box 6: (Box 5 for VI-2): Description of the imported product:, the last indent is replaced by the following:

‘—

List of ingredients: only for wine products produced as from 8 December 2023 which are not bottled and labelled.’;

(2)

in Part IV, Section A is replaced by the following:

‘A.

List of third countries referred to in Article 21, point (b):

Australia

Chile

—

New Zealand.’.

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
