The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
ANNEX In Table 2 (Specifications) of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470, the entry for partially defatted rapeseed powder from Brassica rapa L. and Brassica napus L. is replaced by the following: Authorised Novel Food Specification ‘ Partially defatted rapeseed powder from Brassica rapa L. and Brassica napus L. Definition: The powder is produced from the partially defatted seeds of non-genetically modified Brassica rapa L. and Brassica napus L. double low (00) cultivars through a series of processing steps to reduce glucosinolates and phytates.
