Article 1
Annexes I, VIII, XI, XV, XVI and XVII to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/620 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annexes I, VIII, XI, XV, XVI and XVII to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/620 are amended as follows: (1) in Chapter 2 of Part II of Annex I, the entry for Italy is replaced by the following: Member State Territory ‘Italy Regione Basilicata: Provincia di Potenza Regione Calabria: Province di Crotone, Reggio Calabria, Vibo Valentia Regione Campania: Provincia d’Avellino, Caserta Regione Piemonte: Provincia di Alessandria Regione Puglia: Provincia di Foggia Regione Sicilia’ (2) Annex VIII is amended as follows: (a) Part I is amended as follows: (i) the entry for Slovenia is deleted; (ii) the entry for Spain is replaced by the following: Member State Territory ‘Spain Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias’ (b) Part II is replaced by the following: ‘PART II Member States or zones thereof with an approved eradication programme for infection with BTV Member State Territory Date of initial approval as referred to in Article 15(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 Spain Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares 21.2.2022’ (3) in Annex XI, the entry for the Netherlands is replaced by the following: ‘The Netherlands Institut de selection animale B.V with approval number 2338.’ (4) in Part I of Annex XV, the following entry for Sweden is inserted between the entry for Ireland and the entry for United Kingdom (Northern Ireland): ‘Sweden Whole territory’ (5) in Part I of Annex XVI, the following entry for Sweden is added after the entry for Estonia: ‘Sweden Whole territory’ (6) in Part I of Annex XVII, the following entry for Sweden is inserted between the entry for Ireland and the entry for United Kingdom (Northern Ireland): ‘Sweden Whole territory’
