The Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/191 ( 2 ) is amended as follows: ‘People’s Republic of China SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. C837’ is replaced by: ‘People’s Republic of China SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. Moregood Hardware Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. C837’
The TARIC additional code C837 previously attributed to SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. shall apply to SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. and Moregood Hardware Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
