This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annexes VII and XIII of Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 are amended as follows: (1) in Annex VII, in Part C, point 5.1 is replaced by the following: ‘5.1.
